755.02 BOND AND CONDITIONS.
   The Mayor may grant a pawnbroker's license to any person of good moral character who may apply therefor when such applicant has paid the license fee provided in such case, and shall have executed a bond with one or more sufficient sureties in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00) to the approval of the Mayor, conditioned that the applicant will conform to the laws of the State and the ordinances of the City. Such license shall be good for one year from the date on which it was issued, unless sooner revoked.
