753.01 DEFINITION.

   For purposes of Sections 753.01 to 753.05, "junkyard" means an enclosed or unenclosed, and roofed or unroofed area or yard now or hereafter created, used or occupied as such, on which is stored or kept for sale as a principal business, scrap metals, rope, paper, rags, used automobile parts, wrecked automobiles or automobiles unfit for further use as such, or other refuse or waste materials.
