715.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates Section 715.03 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense, fifty dollars ($50.00), and is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second or subsequent offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.
