705.17 MANNER OF GIVING NOTICES.

Whenever, by the terms of this chapter or any franchise agreement, the City is required to give notice to the company, such notice shall be given in writing addressed to the company's designated resident manager and delivered to the principal office of the company in the City. Whenever the company is required to give notice to the City, such notice shall be given in writing addressed to the Clerk of Council and delivered to his office during ordinary business hours.
