705.13 PREFERENTIAL AND DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES PROHIBITED.

Any company selected hereunder shall not, as to monthly rates, service facilities, rules, regulations, or in any other respect, make or grant any preference or advantage to any person, nor subject any person to any prejudice or disadvantage, provided that nothing in this franchise is deemed to prohibit the establishment of a graduate scale of charges and classified rate schedules to which any customer coming within such classification would be entitled, and provided further that this section shall not prohibit the reduction or elimination of installation or other one-time charges offered generally to the public for a limited time to promote and encourage the installation of additional cablevision connections.
