705.11 SERVICE TO SCHOOLS.

   A company granted a franchise hereunder shall furnish and deliver all signals carried by the company's system to a designated point outside the school building but on the property or grounds of any public school within the City, without charge. All attachment to and distribution of signals within any school building or buildings shall be done by or at the expense of the school. The company shall provide similar services without cost to private schools, including parochial or other religious schools. The franchisee shall also provide for those channels used by governmental and civic groups, otherwise required by the rules and regulations of the FCC.
