705.05 COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES.

   The City shall retain the right, at all times during the term of any franchise granted hereunder, to reasonably exercise its police powers over the franchisee by means of administrative or legislative action. The company shall comply with all rules and regulations of all appropriate state and federal agencies of competent jurisdictions, and particularly those of the Federal Communications Commission. Any revision or modification adopted by the FCC which would otherwise not be applicable to an existing franchise agreement made pursuant to this chapter shall nevertheless automatically be incorporated into such franchise agreement, and made effective one year after the revisions or modification is adopted by the FCC.
