705.04 AREA SERVICED.

   Any company franchised hereunder shall extend cable television service throughout the incorporated area of the City at the date of the franchise grant, in an equitable and reasonable manner so that all parts of the community are offered the same CATV servicing opportunity. On the annexation of any territory to the City, the portion of the system that is located or operated within such territory and on the streets, alleys or public grounds thereof shall thereafter be subject to all the terms of this chapter as though it were an extension of the grant made thereunder.
