705.03 NATURE OF GRANT.

   The City is authorized to select a cable television franchisee who will be granted the nonexclusive right and privilege to construct, erect, operate and maintain, in, under, on, along, across, above and over the streets, alleys, highways, lanes, avenues, sidewalks, bridges, boulevards, public ways or other public places now laid out or dedicated, and all extensions thereof and additions thereto, in the City, a cable television system, and grant the right to use and occupy such streets, alleys and public ways and places to any person at any time during the period of this franchise.
