505.16 VACCINATION AGAINST RABIES REQUIRED.

(a) No owner of any dog or cat shall keep, maintain or allow the doge or cat to remain on his premises unless it has been vaccinated with an anti-rabies vaccine by a licensed veterinarian.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
