375.05 OPERATION.

(a) No person shall operate an all-purpose vehicle within the City in a manner which causes dust, debris, dirt or stones to drift, or be cast on the lands of another.

(b) No person shall operate an all-purpose vehicle within the City unless the operator and the passengers are wearing inclosed shoes.

(c) No person shall operate an all-purpose vehicle within the City when the vehicle is occupied by more persons than it was designed for.

(d) No all-purpose vehicle or motor vehicle shall be operated within the City unless the exhaust noise emission meets the minimal standards set forth in this chapter.
