375.02 PROHIBITIONS; EXEMPTIONS.

No person shall operate an all-purpose vehicle or motor vehicle within the City in any manner which violates the standards as set forth in this chapter. Sounds emitted from the operation of government equipment, municipal equipment or vehicles used for the construction, repair or maintenance of property shall be exempt from the application of this chapter.
