A. Publicly Owned Recreational Facilities: The holder of a Class D beer license is hereby authorized to sell beer in original containers for consumption on publicly owned recreational facilities.
B. Written Permission Required: The City will not issue a Class D beer license unless the person seeking the license has first obtained a concession contract or written permission from the governing body of the recreation facility.
C. Validity: Class D beer licenses shall be valid for a period of one year or for the term of the concession contract, whichever term is shortest. (Ord. 02-02, 2-5-2002)
