A. Applicability: This chapter applies to all businesses that are subject to State regulation pursuant to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, Utah Code Annotated title 32B.
B. Compliance Required: No business that is regulated under the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act shall receive a license from the City unless it is in full compliance with the regulations of Utah Code Annotated title 32B.
C. Incorporation Of Statute: All portions of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act relevant to the City are hereby incorporated into this section as part of this Code.
D. Violator Subject To Revocation: Any business which violates the provisions of Utah Code Annotated title 32 or the regulations of the City, shall be subject to having its license revoked. (Ord. 02-02, 2-5-2002)
