8-4-8: MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS:

The Sewer Superintendent and his or her agents shall at all ordinary hours have free access upon reasonable notice to places supplied with sewer service from the Municipal system for the purpose of examining the apparatus, ascertaining the service being used, and the matter of its use. (1995 Code § 3-6-206)
