8-4-5: EASEMENTS:
Construction over or under any City utility line is prohibited. Utility easements must remain free of obstruction for system maintenance and repairs. The City Council may authorize relocation of existing utilities and utility easements, but it shall be the policy of the City that the City not bear such relocation costs unless such relocation benefits the City as a whole. (Ord. 01-04, 6-5-2001)
