7-5-4: NONAPPLICABLE TO NEW SUBDIVISIONS:
The cost recovery policy set forth in this chapter shall not apply to new subdivisions as the owners or developers of such subdivisions can pass such costs on to buyers of subdivided lots. (Ord. 18-02, 5-15-2018)
