6-3-8: PENALTY FOR VIOLATION:

Unless another penalty is specifically provided for in this chapter, or elsewhere in the laws of this State, any person who violates any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, is guilty of an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code.
