6-3-7: SPEED AND OTHER REGULATIONS:

Off highway vehicles shall be operated at all times in accordance with all applicable State laws and regulations and City ordinances. Any person operating an off highway vehicle is subject to the provisions of Utah Code Annotated title 41, chapter 6, Traffic Code, unless specifically excluded. (Ord. 19-03, 2-19-2019)
