6-3-2: VEHICLES OPERATED ON PUBLIC LAND:
Currently registered off highway vehicles may be operated on all City land, streets, highways and trails, and the same are hereby designated as open to such off highway vehicles use. It is unlawful to operate an off highway vehicle along, across or within the boundaries of an interstate freeway, as defined by State law. (Ord. 19-03, 2-19-2019)
