10-1-2: SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY:
The provisions of this title apply to all land and uses of land within the City. This title became effective on May 31, 2005, and may be amended from time to time. A lot annexed and zoned that does not meet the minimum lot standards of this title, may be used notwithstanding such requirements, if such lot was validly created. (Ord. 19-07, 9-3-2019)
