5-2-2: ADMINISTRATION:
   A.   The Mayor, with the advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint a Department Administrator.
   B.   The Department Administrator may be appointed to serve, either in a voluntary capacity, or may be compensated at a rate determined by the City Council. The Department Administrator shall carry out the acts requested by the City Council with relation to emergency preparedness. (Ord. 98-01, 1-20-1998)
