5-2-1: DEPARTMENT CREATED:
There is hereby created the Department of Emergency Preparedness. This department shall serve the purpose of aiding the residents of the City in emergency preparedness by providing education and any other programs deemed appropriate by the City Council. (1995 Code § 3-3-101)
