5-1-2: FIRE CHIEF:
The Fire Chief shall have the control of the Fire Department and all fire equipment belonging to the City. Whenever any fire equipment needs repairing, the Fire Chief shall cause the repair to be done without delay. (1995 Code § 3-1-102)
