7-1-18: PENALTY:
Except as may be provided elsewhere in this title, any person who violates or permits violation of any provision of this title shall be guilty of Class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 09-04, 11-17-2009; amd. 2019 Code)
