7-1-17: CONFLICTING PROVISIONS:
All ordinances, resolutions, orders or other actions of the City Council that conflict with the provisions of this title are, to the extent of such conflict, deemed to be amended by this title to conform with the provisions hereof. (1995 Code § 5-1-415)
