A. Generally. All occupants of property, whether owner or lessor or agent, owes a duty to remove snow, sleet or ice from any sidewalk from his or her property within a reasonable amount of time and in a manner so as not to interfere with City snow removal or City property.
B. Manner of Snow Removal. It shall be unlawful for any person to push, pile, or place snow or ice so that it unreasonably obstructs or blocks driveways, streets, intersections or otherwise blocks the visibility of, or creates a dangerous condition for, motor vehicles or pedestrians. It shall be unlawful for any person to push, pile, or place snow or ice in such a manner that it impedes access to a fire hydrant, storm drain, driveway, or lane of travel.
