7-1-10: ERECTION OF POLES AND WIRES REQUIRE PERMIT:
It shall be unlawful to erect any poles or wires or maintain any poles or wires over any public place, street, alley or other public way without first having secured permission from the City Council. (1995 Code § 5-1-405)
