7-1-2: APPLICABILITY:

Any City property not already covered in this title shall be cared for under the direction of the Public Works Superintendent. All City ordinances regulating public buildings shall also regulate buildings of the City. Any ordinances that regulate vacant land in the City shall also govern all vacant City property. (1995 Code § 5-5-101)
