It shall be the duty of all officers of the Fire Department to see that the provisions of this chapter are enforced and to arrest any person who shall be found violating any provision of this chapter, or who shall hinder, resist or refuse to obey any such officer in the discharge of his duty. Violations of this chapter shall be a Class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in title 1, chapter 4 of this Code. (1995 Code § 3-1-108; amd. 2019 Code)
