A. False Alarms: It shall be unlawful to give or cause to be given false alarms for fires or other emergencies involving the Fire Department. This includes, but is not limited to, using the fire siren, ringing bells, discharging fire warning systems, and any other means of intentionally creating a false alarm to summon the Fire Department or warn the public. (1995 Code § 3-1-201)
B. Interfering With Fire Equipment: It shall be unlawful to wilfully injure or deface any fire equipment of the City. This shall include the wilful driving of a vehicle over any fire hose of the City. (1995 Code § 3-1-202)
C. Obstruction Of Fire Safety: It shall be unlawful to wilfully interfere with or obstruct the Fire Department's performance of its duties, either during a fire or during a fire drill. (1995 Code § 3-1-203)
D. Intentionally Or Negligently Cause Fires: It shall be unlawful to wilfully ignite or cause to be ignited any trees, shrubs, cultivated crops, fences, buildings or other property on any land not his own, or to throw away any burning object on any land which will carry fire. (1995 Code § 3-1-204)
E. Following Fire Vehicle: It shall be unlawful to intentionally follow or otherwise pursue any fire truck or other emergency vehicle that is being used to put out fires or any other type of emergency. (1995 Code § 3-1-205)
