4-1-8: DISPOSAL BY OCCUPANT:
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit or otherwise prohibit an occupant of a premises from disposing of his or her own garbage or rubbish as long as he or she disposes of it in an authorized landfill or other disposal location of the City. (1995 Code § 19-2-114)
