4-1-2: INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT ADOPTED:
The Interlocal Agreement for the disposal of solid waste entered into between the City and the County is hereby incorporated as part of this chapter. A copy of the Interlocal Agreement shall be on file in the City office. (1995 Code § 19-1-101)
