The City Recorder is hereby authorized to inspect the records of any business licensed by the City for the purpose of determining whether information supplied on business license applications is true. The City Recorder may only inspect the records of a business to determine truth of the information supplied on business license applications when good cause is shown to believe that information was provided falsely.
