3-1-4: CLASSIFICATION OF BUSINESSES:

   A.   Businesses within the City limits shall be classified by the average number of employees of the business.

   B.   Businesses shall be classified by business classifications A through E.

   C.   The following represents the classifications for business using the average number of employees:

 

0 to 3	Class A
4	Class B
5 to 6	Class C
7 to 8	Class D
Over 8	Class E
