The Library Advisory Board shall make every effort to ensure the purchase of books and other materials that are consistent with the wishes of the community in regard to quality and good taste. The Library Advisory Board shall conduct formal and informal surveys of the opinion of the people in the community concerning standards of quality and good taste to be used in selecting books and other materials for the library. The library shall provide for a wide variety of tastes and interests. (Ord. 99-12, 9-21-1999)
