2-1-1: LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD CREATED:
There is hereby created a Library Advisory Board for the City. The Library Advisory Board shall consist of the Council member assigned over the library and not more than nine (9) members to be appointed by the Mayor, with the advise and consent of the City Council. (Ord. 99-12, 9-21-1999)
