5-1-1: ANIMALS AT LARGE PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or suffer to be permitted any birds or animals, owned by him/her or under his/her custody or control, to run at large or to trespass within the corporate limits of the city on either public or private property within the city. (Ord. 181, 1-6-1948; amd. 1994 Code)
