It shall be unlawful and punishable as herein provided for any person to violate this chapter or to permit or maintain such violation or to refuse to obey any provision hereof or to fail or refuse to comply with any such provision or regulation herein provided. Upon conviction hereof, such person shall be fined not less than the sum of twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that such violation shall be committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense hereunder. (Ord. 435, 12-3-1991)
