4-1-6: SANITATION SERVICE RATES:
Sanitation service rates shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The monthly sanitation rates shall be paid for each residence and each business or commercial building in the City unless determined to be exempt as provided in section 4-1-1 of this chapter. (Ord. 613, 8-15-2017)
