3-7-13: MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY:

Where a license has been issued to any partnership, corporation or association to conduct a pawnshop or secondhand store, any person having charge, management or control of said pawnshop or secondhand store who knows, or reasonably should have known of violations of this chapter, shall be liable to prosecution for any violation of this chapter.
