3-6-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for a transient merchant, itinerant merchant, itinerant vendor, peddler or solicitor, as defined in section _________ of this chapter, to engage in such business within the city without first obtaining a license therefor in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
