3-12-3: PENALTY:

It shall be unlawful to conduct a yard sale in violation of this chapter. Any such violation shall be an infraction. Any person violating the provisions of this chapter, upon conviction, shall pay an infraction penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00). (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
