A person who operates or causes to be operated a sexually oriented business without a valid license or in violation of section ____________ of this chapter is subject to a suit for injunction as well as prosecution for criminal violations. Such violations shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of up to three hundred dollars ($300.00) and/or six (6) months’ incarceration.
