Every massage establishment and massagist shall:
A. Conform to all applicable codes and ordinances of the city including, but not excluding by enumeration, sanitation, building, housing, electrical, fire prevention, mechanical and gas; and
B. Observe all standards, rules and regulations pertaining to health and safety prescribed by the state of Idaho, the South Central District health department and city of Filer. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
