The City Council may revoke any day-care license issued under this Chapter for any violation of any of the provisions of this Code or Chapter or laws of the State 1 . Prior to revocation, the licensee shall be notified, in writing, setting forth the grounds for the revocation and the time and place of the hearing. Such notice shall be personally served on the licensee or mailed postage prepaid to the licensee at his/her address at least three (3) days prior to the date set for hearing. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
