The operating or conducting of any business or occupation for which a license is required by this chapter without having a valid license as provided herein is hereby declared to be a public nuisance. In addition to any other remedy provided by this chapter, the city may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain an order enjoining any person from operating or conducting any business or occupation in violation of this chapter.
