3-1-14: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

A person who violates any provision of this chapter or operates any business or occupation for which a license is required by this chapter without having first obtained a license as herein provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day that a violation of this chapter occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
