3-3-3: PROCURING BEER FOR MINORS; EXCEPTION:
It is unlawful for any person to procure beer for any person under twenty-one (21) years of age or for any person under twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase, attempt to purchase or otherwise procure, consume or possess beer. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
