3-3-2: DISPENSING BEER TO MINORS; IDENTIFICATION:

A. It is unlawful for any person to sell, serve or dispense beer to or by any person under twenty-one (21) years of age within the city limits of the city.

B. Proof of age shall be a valid driver’s license, military identification card or an identification card issued by the department of law enforcement, state of Idaho. (Ord. 628, 6-1-2021)
